Nicholas J. Schneider received his B.A. in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara with highest honors in 1985 and his J.D. from UC Berkeley (Boalt Hall) in 1992. 

    Mr. Schneider has a substantial estate planning practice.  He assists clients in all aspects of designing, implementing and administering their estates both during their lifetimes and after their passing.  As a former practicing CPA, his extensive and detailed tax knowledge helps clients minimize their estate tax burden.  He also represents clients in front of government tax agencies in the event of disputes.  In addition, he helps individual clients and businesses structure their business entities to coordinate their tax and business goals.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Schneider was a CPA with Deloitte & Touche in Orange County, California.

     In addition to his law and accounting careers, Mr. Schneider has extensive teaching experience in business, finance, tax, accounting and law, at UC Berkeley, UC Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara City College, as well as national CPA candidate review programs. Mr. Schneider became a partner of Seed Mackall LLP in 2003.
