M. Jeannette Clark M. Jeannette Clark received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University in 1978. Ms. Clark received her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1984. Ms. Clark's practice emphasizes business and real estate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses, commercial transactions and real estate acquisition, ownership, financing and development. Ms. Clark also counsels businesses and individuals with respect to ongoing business affairs, including contract issues, technology licensing, employment agreements and other employment related issues, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Seed Mackall LLP in 1998, Ms. Clark was a lawyer in the Business Department of Arnold Porter in Los Angeles. She has been a partner of Seed Mackall LLP since 2000.
